    Get a head start on your MMEA All-State prep with the Kansas City Flute Association and Dr. Terri Sánchez! Event will take place in the Choir Room at Blue Springs United Methodist Church.

    Terri Sánchez is a Miyazawa Performing Artist, top prizewinning flutist, newly appointed flute professor at the University of Missouri–Kansas City Conservatory and author/composer of The Aspiring Flutist's Practice Book Series. Legendary flutist Paula Robison has praised her “sparkling clear sound that fills the room with poetry” and composer George Chave describes her as “a musician’s musician.” Learn about her YouTube course and other free resources at www.practicejunkie.com!

    Admission is free for KCFA-member flute teachers and parents of participating students. Parents are welcome to stay, but it is not mandatory.
